This training will demonstrate how to create thriving organizational cultures based on the key factors of staff safety, belonging, shared vulnerability and shared purpose. Cultures of care start with leaders who care, who hire the right people and create atmospheres for top performers to live their purpose and thrive.
Learner Objectives
At the completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- define the meaning of culture and explain how it relates to an organization’s mission
- identify the 4 key factors that contribute to powerful teams
- list 3 management behaviors needed to build employee commitment to the culture of care
- describe one company’s philosophy of ensuing positive employee relations.
Teaching Methods
Training may include self-paced learning, audio and/or video and computer-assisted instruction. Use of case studies, examples, question and answer periods and group exercises will be used.
Evaluation Methods
Participants will be provided an evaluation form that addresses satisfaction with the presentation, with the facility and with recommendations for future presentations.
To evaluate the participant’s newly learned knowledge, a 10 question post-course test will be used.
