Experienced Disney Institute staff facilitate a tour of 3 key areas within the Disney campus including Main Street in the Magic Kingdom

See the systems Disney has in place for how the cast members operate "on and off stage"!  Identify why they put their staff first and what they look for when hiring cast members to ensure extraordinary, consistent customer service!  Spend the day with Patti Moore and other VIP's in this spectacular social setting!
