Learner Objectives
At the completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
- describe 3 responsibilities of the clinical team to enhance business success of an organization
- define why adhering to its Mission enhances the organization’s margin
- identify 4 best practices management and front-line staff must incorporate to be successful.
Teaching Methods
Training may include self-paced learning, audio and/or video and computer-assisted instruction. Use of case studies, examples, question and answer periods and group exercises will be used.
Evaluation Methods
Participants will be provided an evaluation form that addresses satisfaction with the presentation, with the facility and with recommendations for future presentations.
To evaluate the participant’s newly learned knowledge, a 10 question post-course test will be used.
