This course on Resilience In Times Of Crisis  will give you 5 steps on how to cope in spite of setbacks, or barriers, or limited resources and stay focused on success.

Learner Objectives

At the completion of this course, the participant will be able to:

  1. define the meaning of RESILIENCE
  2. identify the 5 key factors that contribute to having Resilience
  3. list 3 characteristics of Resilience needed in a crisis
  4. describe one of the central elements of Resilience

Teaching Methods

Training may include self-paced learning, audio and/or video and computer-assisted instruction.  Use of case studies, examples, question and answer periods and group exercises will be used.

Evaluation Methods

Participants will be provided an evaluation form that addresses satisfaction with the presentation, with the facility and with recommendations for future presentations. 

To evaluate the participant’s newly learned knowledge, a 10 question post-course test will be used.
